When this happens, our Cardholder website and related services might be unavailable. We will not be liable to you for any service interruptions or other unavailability of our Cardholder services. You agree that you will only use the JetPay Money Access Card Software on a mobile device owned by you. You agree to keep your mobile device and sign in information secure. If you have lost your mobile device or believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your JetPay Money Access Card Online Banking account via your mobile device or otherwise, you agree to advise us as provided for in our Online Banking terms and conditions. JetPay Money Access Card or its licensors may provide or make available through JetPay Money Access Card and/or its agents its JetPay Money Access Card Software. JetPay Money Access Card and its agents reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to JetPay Money Access Card Software at any time without notice. In no event will JetPay Money Access Card or its agents be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such JetPay Money Access Card Software. JetPay Money Access Card may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain services related to JetPay Money Access Card Software, in any case and without notice or liability, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF JETPAY MONEY ACCESS CARD SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. SHOULD JETPAY MONEY ACCESS CARD SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
